Our Story
Five driven and passionate individuals crossed paths over the last two years leading to the birth of All Safe, united by their shared vision of creating a safer working environment for all. Kevin, the visionary leader with a strong background in safety management consulting, met Angela during a business conference, where they quickly found common ground in their professional interests. As their collaboration and friendship grew, they encountered Li Ning and Huang Mian, two brilliant engineers from the semiconductor industry, at a technology-focused networking event. It was there that they discovered that while the semiconductor industry and the safety industry may appear to be quite distinct, they share some key similarities (quality, reliability, stringent regulations and standards, etc.) that can foster collaboration and innovation.Leading to many engaging and thought provoking conversations. Finally, the talented and creative Bai Qianzhu joined the team, bringing her visual communication expertise to the table, completing the dynamic group that would soon create All Safe.
Kevin's extensive experience in safety management consulting for the petroleum, chemical, and other high-risk industries laid the groundwork for All Safe's mission. His insights into the challenges faced by these industries and his dedication to developing sustainable solutions became the driving force behind the company. Recognizing the potential of integrating technology into safety management, Kevin saw the value in partnering with Li Ning and Huang Mian, both experts in the semiconductor industry.
Though Li Ning and Huang Mian's backgrounds primarily focused on the semiconductor sector, their deep ingrainment of an emphasis on quality and reliability, stringent regulations and standards, and an importance to challenge existing thoughts and practices make them invaluable assets to the All Safe team. Their expertise allowed the company to lay the ground work for an innovative safety management solution that aims to leveraged the latest technologies to create a safer work environment. This unique blend of safety management experience and cutting-edge technological expertise gave birth to All Safe, a company dedicated to revolutionizing safety in the industrial and construction sectors by streamlining processes, enhancing communication, and ensuring a safer work environment for all.
